The Sr. Mgr. of BI＆A for Analytics is responsible for using analytics tools inc. decision science， business performance reporting， and forecasting to answer key business questions assigned therapeutic area. This position collaborates with BI＆A and Market Research counterparts to holistically answer questions for business stakeholders and supports the development of the integrated insights plan.
Designs and implements analytics， performance management reporting， and forecasting for planned and ad-hoc needs for brands. Builds relationships and effectively influences all senior management stakeholders (GM， BUDs， Marketing， Sales， Medical， BEP and Finance)
Applies global standards， models， and templates to drive high standards and consistency in analytics
Synthesizes output across analytics; presents results of strategic projects (ie， Resource Alloc.， KDA1， In-Line F'casts) in a coherent， meaningful way
Contributes to the development and deployment of analytics approaches and techniques
Liaises with Worldwide， other geographies and functional teams for efficient sharing and strategic adoption of learnings and capabilities
Provides leadership in April and September Projection forecasting process as well as the annual market planning and budgeting process
Identifies relevant data sources and coordinates acquisition with procurement teams; utilizes subnational data to inform decisions
・BA/BS required; MBA or Masters preferred
・5+ years of pharmaceutical/related market experience， including working knowledge of various analytical capabilities
・Ability to leverage large， multi-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions.
・Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues and present to business stakeholders
・Fluent English is very critical for this role as this role will have high interaction with global.
・Strong analytic and qualitative/quantitative primary market research capabilities
・Working knowledge of a reasonable set of market research technologies， as well as secondary data sources
・Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources， and synthesize to develop key insights and recommendations
・Demonstrated proactive communication and influencing skills
・Demonstrated ability to work in a face-paced environment， handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality business results within tight deadlines
